Ingredients
- 1 lb stew meat
- Fresh mushrooms
- Sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup or you can use cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cube beef bullion

Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces. Make a mix of flour and seasoning salt in a bag or bowl. Add the meat and shake or stir well.
Add oil to a fry pan. Remove the meat from the bag or bowl (Throw away the leftover flour mix.) Cook the meat until browned. Add cut up fresh mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes.
Put a cube of beef bullion in 1 cup of hot water. Let it dissolve. Then add the bullion to the meat mixture. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and let the mixture simmer until hot.
Add sour cream - about 8 ounce container
Put the mixture over cooked noodles.
