Raspberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or raspberry vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 T raw honey
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen red raspberries
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency is reached.

Store extra dressing in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
