Ingredients
- First Layer:
- 2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup nuts
- Second Layer:
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- Green food coloring
- Third Layer:
- 2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
- 2 Tablespoons butter

Preparation
Step 1
Line 8x8 pan with aluminum foil. Spray with cooking spray
Preheat oven to 350
In a saucepan melt chocolate and butter on low heat.
Combine in mixing bowl with sugar and eggs.
Add flour and nuts and combine well.
Pour batter into pan
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let Cool.
Second Layer:
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread onto cooled brownies.
Third Layer:
Mix together in a sauce pan.
Pour on top of green frosting.
Tilt pan back and forth to allow chocolate to cover entire pan in a very thin layer.
Put the brownies in the freezer to harden.
Take out of freezer and pull aluminum foil away.
Cut into small squares.
These freeze well.
