Malia Mondy's easy cheesecake

Ingredients

• 2 8oz pkg cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 c sugar
• For chocolate chip cheesecake: add 6oz mini-chips (half a bag) and a tsp of vanilla.
• For the almond cheesecake: add a tsp of almond or amaretto flavoring and then top with sliced almonds.

Preparation

Step 1

Mix everything up and pour it into a graham cracker crust and bake for 20min at 400.
