Rhubarb Cake Dessert

Ingredients

  • 5 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
  • 1 box strawberry jello
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 box yellow cake mix

Preparation

Step 1

Spread rhubarb in 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with jello and sugar. Top with marshmallows. Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour over marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream.
