Ingredients
- 1 diced peeled avocado
- 2 Tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Step 1
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir gently.
2. Toss shrimp and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl.
3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp mixture; saute 3 minutes or until done. Serve with salsa.
