Ingredients

  • 1 diced peeled avocado

  • 2 Tablespoons minced fresh cilantro

  • 2 Tablespoons minced green onions

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1 1/2 pounds peeled and deveined large shrimp

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Directions

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl; stir gently. 2. Toss shrimp and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl. 3. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
