Italian Parmesan Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbs. bread crumbs
  • 2 tbs. chopped fresh parsley, optional
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced

Preparation

Step 1

Bring the stock to a boil.

Combine the remaining ingredients until blended. Then stir the combined ingredients into the simmering stock and stir until the egg is set (30-60 seconds)
