CREAMY PEA SALAD

Ingredients

• 2 packages (16 oz each)frozen peas, thawed
• 1/2 cup diced cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup diced mozzarella cheese
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
• 1/2 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

n a bowl, combine the peas, cheeses, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; mix well. Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with bacon.
