Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 Tbs. red wine vinegar
  • 1 rib celery, with leaves, minced
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup green olives, pitted and chopped
  • 2 Tbs. chopped pimentos
  • 1 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook elbows in boiling, salted water until just done, about 8 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold water and drain thoroughly. In a large bowl, combine the other ingredients. Toss the macaroni with the sauce just before serving.
