  • 3 CUPS FLOUR

  • 1 ½ CUPS SUGAR

  • 1 CUP OIL

  • 4 EGGS BEATEN FLUFFY

  • 1/3 CUP ORANGE JUICE

  • 2 ½ TEASPONS VANILLA

  • 3 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER

  • 3 LARGE APPLES, PEELED AND SLICED VERY THIN

  • PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT APPLES IN LARGE BOWL AND BEAT UNTIL SMOOTH.

  • SPREAD HALF THE BATTER IN A BUTTERED PAN.

  • COVER WITH A LAYER OF HALF THE APPLES.

  • SPRINKLE THESE WITH CINNAMON & SUGAR TO TASTE, THEN COVER WITH REMAINING BATTER, ARRANGE REST OF APPLES IN A NEAT LAYER ON TOP. SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON AND SUGAR. PLACE IN A 350 F. OVEN AND BAKE UNTIL DONE.
