Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 2 ½ t. salt
  • 1 t. sesame oil
  • 9T. sugar
  • 8 T. catsup
  • ½ T. chili sauce
  • 3 T. white vinegar
  • 10 oz. water
  • Vegetables:
  • 6 spring onions
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • Meat Mixture:
  • 1 ¼ # pork loin
  • ½ t. baking soda
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 t. sugar
  • 2 T. water
  • 3 T. cornstarch
  • 1 small egg

Preparation

Step 1

Heat pan hot. Add 25 oz. oil. Mix meat mixture and knead. Coat with cornstarch. Strong fire until it smokes, lower fire, add meat, stir well with strong fire 5 minutes. Drain meat. Remove oil, rinse pan, add 1 ½ T. oil, fry vegetables for 1 minute, remove, boil sauce. Mix cornstarch & water. Add, stir when it boils, add 2 ½ T oil, add vegetables for a second, turn off fire, add pork and serve.
