Ingredients

1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet cho chips
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon cream

Step 1

put in micro wave , the cho chips and the milk, stiring every 3 minutes until chips are melted
stir in butter and cream until combines.
pour into a butterd pan and let cool. can add marshmellows or nuts.
