Ingredients
- 1 C Arborio rice
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 3 - 4 C Swanson chicken broth
- Generous dash of pepper
- 1 Tbsp grated parmesagn cheese

Step 1
In saucepan over medium heat, cook rice and garic 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add 1/2 coup broth and cook until broth is absorbed; stirring constantly. Add remaining broth 1/2 cup at a time; stirring constantly after each addition until all broth is absorbed. (about 25 to 30 minutes total cooking time or until rice is done and creamy) Stir in pepper and cheese and serve immediately.
