- cup Sugar (scant)
- 1
- inch can (small) crushed pineapple (in it's own juice, if syrup, decrease sugar by ½)

- pkt (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1
- jar (large) apricot babyfood with tapioca
- 1
- ct (8 oz) of Cool Whip

Mix jello, sugar, crushed pineapple & it's juice in a pan & bring to a boil. Cool. Cream together, cream cheese & jar of baby food. Combine with cooled mixture & fold in Cool Whip.
Step 2
Chill at least 2 hours or more before serving
