Ingredients
- 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small can black olives, chopped
- 2 tbsp. drained capers, minced
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp oregano (dry)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 lb. pasta
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 5 sausages- cooked (oven @375 for 20 - 30 minutes)
- 1/2 c. white wine
- 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2 tbsp. butter

Preparation
Step 1
Place tomatoes in food processor and pulse on/off until tomatoes are crushed. Set aside. In a large skillet, heat oil, garlic, olives, capers, red pepper flakes, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook 2 - 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, wine, chicken broth and butter. Cook 20 minutes. Add parsley and sausage that has been removed from casing and crumpled. Cook for 5 minutes on very low heat.
Cook pasta and serve.
