Antipasto Salad

Ingredients

  • 1-2 head of romaine ( cut bite size)
  • 1 red onion sliced thin
  • 1 large green pepper sliced in strips
  • 1 head of broccoli cooked still crinchy
  • 1 small jar roasted peppers
  • provolone cut smll
  • 1/2 lb genoa salami
  • 1 pkg cheese tortellini cook, drain and toss in olive oil
  • 1 can small black olives
  • italian dressing

Preparation

Step 1

cook and cool pasta toss with oil
cook and cool broccoli
combine all ingredients together and toss with dressing
