Ingredients
- 1-2 head of romaine ( cut bite size)
- 1 red onion sliced thin
- 1 large green pepper sliced in strips
- 1 head of broccoli cooked still crinchy
- 1 small jar roasted peppers
- provolone cut smll
- 1/2 lb genoa salami
- 1 pkg cheese tortellini cook, drain and toss in olive oil
- 1 can small black olives
- italian dressing
Preparation
Step 1
cook and cool pasta toss with oil
cook and cool broccoli
combine all ingredients together and toss with dressing
