Ingredients
- 5 cups sugar
- 10 lemons
- 10 cups of water
- 5 egg whites ( beat until fluffy )
- lemon rind zest

Preparation
Step 1
squeeze lemons in bowl
add sugar, egg whites, water and zest
mix very well. freeze
stir every 10 min until slushy and scrape sides of bowl
