Ingredients
- White Sauce:
- 3 pkgs (large) frozen broccoli
- 2 pkgs frozen onions (cans can be used)
- 1 pkg velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 TBS corn starch
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 TBS margarine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
First make the white sauce by combining the corn starch and milk. Then add the margarine, salt, and pepper. Stirring constantly bring to a boil and then boil for 1 minute. Sauce should be thickened. Put the cheese in to melt.
Warm up broccoli and onions while making the cheeses sauce.
Combine the cheese sauce and the broccoli and onions all together in an oven proof bowl. Put in the oven at 350 degrees until heated through.
