Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Jello (raspberry or strawberry)
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 oz. cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add 1 cup cold water, cranberry sauce and pineapple.

Beat cream cheese and sour cream together in a separate bowl.

In mold, put half of Jello mixture. Chill until firm.

Spread cream cheese mixture on top and chill.

Then add the rest of the Jello mixture. Chill until firm.
