Julie's Pasta Salad

Pasta-1lb
Sun-Dried Tomatoes-6 chopped
Olives-3/4 cup
Feta-1 lb-cubbed
Fresh Tomatoes- 1 lb-chopped
Add ingredients to cooked pasta except the feta--wait and add last.

Dressing
Sun-dried tomatoes-5
Red Wine Vinegar-2 TBS
Olive Oil-6 TBS
Garlic-1 clove
Capers-1 tsp
Salt-2 tsp
Pepper 3/4 tsp
Add all ingredients in food processor and blend. Add to pasta mixture.
Add 1 cup ground parmesan cheese and 1 cup chopped parsley.
Mix all ingredients together and add feta. Refrigerate

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta; drain and set aside.
Add next 3 ingredients to pasta.

For dressing add all 7 ingredients to food processor and blend. Pour over pasta mixture.

Add 1 cup ground parmesan cheese and 1 cup chopped parsely. Toss in feta cheese and refrigerate until ready to serve.
