Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter
- Topping:
- 1 bag M&M's peanut chocolate candies (red and green)
- 1 (12 ounce) bag milk or dark chocolate miniatures
Preparation
Step 1
Combine butter, confectioner's sugar, peanut butter and graham cracker crumbs in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Press mixture into bottom of greased jelly roll pan.
Melt unwrapped chocolate in microwave for 90 seconds or until smooth. Pour melted chocolate on top of mixture and smooth with spatula.
Place M&M's over layer of chocolate.
Refrigerate to set chocolate for approximately 1/2 hour. Cut & serve.
