Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 14 oz Yukon Gold Potatoes peeled and cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup canned chicken broth
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine potatoes, water, chicken broth and garlic in a heavy, medium saucepan and bring to boil.

Boil uncovered until potatoes are tender and almost all liquid is absorbed - about 15 minutes.

Mash potatoes and garlic.

Add milk and buttter. Mix well.

Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Serve!
