Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 1/3 cup coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Add all dry ingredients. Mix well and drop by tsp on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until lightly brown.
