Ingredients
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 C Flour
- 1/2 c Melted Butter
- 1/3 C sugar
- 1/3 t salt
- 3/4 c Milk (warmed?)
Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Chill for 1 hour before cooking
cook in a hot crepe pan buttered or sprayed with pam. Turn once and remove to cooling rack. Once cooled, crepese may be stacked and stored in fridge for days.
