Frozen Mocha Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • Frozen mocha cheesecake
  • 1 1/4 choc wafer crumbs
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1/4 C melted butter
  • 1 bar cream cheese
  • 1 eagle brand milk can
  • 2/3 Choc syrup
  • 2T instant coffee
  • 1 t hot water
  • 1 C whipping cream, whipped.

Frozen mocha cheesecake


In buttered spring form pan, pat crumbs firmly and chill. Large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, add Eagle Brand milk and Choc syrup. Mix well. Fold in whipped cream. Por into prepared pan. Cover. Freeze for 12-24 hours.
