Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 2 TB instant onion
- 1 one pound pkg frozen tater tots
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- ¼ - ½ c water

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef. Mix instant onion, water, and soup with beef. Put in casserole dish. Put tater tots on top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
