Chocoate Peanut Butter Pie

  • 4 TB peanut butter
  • 1 TB honey
  • 1 ½ c crispy rice cereal
  • 1 small pkg sugar free instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • Fat free Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave on high for 20 seconds. Stir in crispy rice cereal. Press mixture into a 9” pan. Chill 30 minutes. Mix chocolate sugar free instant pudding and 2 cups skim milk according to package directions. Pour into pie tin. Chill. Cut into 8 pieces and garnish with a tablespoon of fat free Cool Whip. Enjoy.
