Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 C. Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Med. Vidalia Onion thinly Sliced
  • 1 Med. Cucumber peeled sliced thin
  • 1 Med. Tomatoe diced
  • 1 Lb. Lump Blue Crab
  • 1/4 C. Olive Oil
  • 4 Green Onions sliced thin
  • 4 Lg. Basil leaves chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk Vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

2. Add onion and cucumber. Marinate 1-2 Hrs. room temp.

3. Add tomatoes, crab, oil, green onions, basil. Toss, drain slightly and serve.
