Halibut with Panko-Horseradish Crust*

Ingredients

  • 4 (5 oz) halibut fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat sour cream
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/2 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse fish, and pat dry. Arrange in a single layer, skin side down, on a small shallow baking pan. Combine sour cream, horseradish, and garlic in a bowl. Spread evenly on top of fish, and top with panko. Roast fish 7 minutes or until tops are golden brown and fish is just cooked through in a 400° oven.
