Pretzel and Strawberry Jello

  • 2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels, not to fine
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 3 t. sugar
  • 1 (8oz) cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 (9oz) cool whip
  • 2 small pkgs. strawberry jello
  • 2 water
  • 2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen strawberries

Cooking time 35mins


Step 1

Mix pretzels, margarine and 3 teaspoons sugar. Press in bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375. Cool. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and mix well. Add cool whip and brend well. Pour over cool pretzel mixture. Cool this. Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water, add frozen strawberries and stir until melted and slightly thickened. Pour over cooled cream cheese layer. Refrigerate.
