Spicy Chicken with Peppers and Basil

Ingredients

  • Serve chicken and peppers with prepared rice.

Preparation

Step 1

Cut chicken on an angle into thin strips (about bite sized). When the rice is 6-7 minutes ready from being done, begin the stir fry. Heat a wok over high heat, when the pan smokes, add the oil, and the hot chile oil. Stir in crushed pepper flakes, and add the chicken, and fry 2 minutes. Add the onions, red peppers, and garlic, fry 1 – 2 minutes. Add fish sauce. Remove pan from heat and add basil. Toss chicken dish until bsil wilts.

Serve chicken and peppers with prepared rice.
