PECAN CUSTED TALAPIA

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pecan halves
  • 4 (6 oz.) fresh tilapia filets
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • Golden-Rum Butter Sauce
  • Garnishes: lemon wedges, fresh parsley, sprig

Preparation

Step 1

Chop pecan finely. Sprinkle fish with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Dredge fish in pecans. Melt butter in a skillet, add fish and cook.
