Ingredients
- 1/8 cup (1/4 stick) unsalted butter, room temperature
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
- Vegetable oil
- 2 (8 ounce) swordfish steaks, 1/2 inch thick
- Fresh basil sprigs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix first 3 ingredients in small bowl.
2. Prepare barbecue or preheat broiler.
3. Brush grill with oil. Season fish with salt & pepper.
4. Grill fish just until cooked through, about 3 minutes per side.
5. Transfer to plates and top with basil sprigs.
