Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground veal
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. freshly grated Romano cheese
- 1 1/2 tblsp chopped Italian parsley
- S&P
- 2 c. stale Italian bread - crumbled in food processor
- 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
- 1 c. olive oil

Step 1
Combine beef, veal & pork in a large bowl.
Add garlic, eggs, cheese, parsley, S&P
Blend bread crumbs into meat mix. Slowly add the water 1/2 c. at at time
The mix should be moist but still hold shape if rolled into balls
Put oil onto 2 cookie sheets. Shape meat mix into balls - Cover tight with aluminum foil and place in 400 degree oven for 20 min.
Place balls in sauce for 20 min & serve
Can add oregano &/or basil as preferred
