Ingredients

    lb ground beef

  • 1/2

    lb ground veal

  • 1/2

    lb ground pork

  • 2

    cloves garlic minced

  • 2

    eggs

  • 1

    c. freshly grated Romano cheese

  • 1 1/2

    tblsp chopped Italian parsley

  • S&P

  • 2

    c. stale Italian bread - crumbled in food processor

  • 1 1/2

    c. lukewarm water

  • 1

    c. olive oil

Directions

Combine beef, veal & pork in a large bowl. Add garlic, eggs, cheese, parsley, S&P Blend bread crumbs into meat mix. Slowly add the water 1/2 c. at at time The mix should be moist but still hold shape if rolled into balls Put oil onto 2 cookie sheets. Shape meat mix into balls - Cover tight with aluminum foil and place in 400 degree oven for 20 min. Place balls in sauce for 20 min & serve Can add oregano &/or basil as preferred
