Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Sirloin tip steak
- 1/2 C chopped onion or shallot
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1-14 oz can beef broth
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- sliced mushrooms (optional)
- 1 C sour cream

Step 1
Cut steak into 1/4 in slices. Plase all ingredients except sour cream in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or until meat is tender. Add sour cream and stir until blended. Cook until heated through. Serve over rice or noodles.
