Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 Cup chopped onions
- 1 Cup sliced celery
- 1 package frozen peas, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can of warm water
- 1/2 Cup uncooked white rice
- 1/4 Cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package chinese noodles

Step 1
Saute celery and onions then brown the ground beef.
Then mix all of the ingredients together and put in a
2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in a covered dish or 1 hour in an uncovered. Add the chinese noodles and bake for 15 more minutes.
