Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 2 cans (1 lb.2 oz.) sweet potatoes, drained & sliced
- 1/2 c, nargarine or butter
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Combine & place in large casserole. Microwave on high 4 mibnutes. Stir. Sprinkle top with 1/2 c. pecans & 1/4 c. light brown sugar, packed.
Microwave on high 2-4 minutes. If not hot thru, rotate 1/4 turn & continue heating.
