Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup grahm cracker crumbs
- 6 Tbsp. butter-melted
- 1 (.25 oz) envelope unflavored gelitin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pkg. cream cheese-softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 (8oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed, divided
- 1 (21oz) can cherry pie filling

Preparation
Step 1
Combine crumbs & butter; press onto the bottom of a greased 9" springform pan. Chill 15 min.
In a saucepan, combine gelatin & water; let stand for 1 min.
Add milk; cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Beat cream cheese & sugar until light & fluffy. Add gelatin mix and lemon peel; mix well.
Chill until partly set.
Fold in 2 cups whipped topping. Pour over crust.
Chill until firm, at least 3 hours. Spread pie filling over gelatin layer and top with remaining whipped topping.
