Potato and Green Peppers(vegan)

Ingredients

  • 2 Green Peppers(diced)
  • 1 potato(boiled and diced)
  • ¼ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp wild onion seeds(kalonji)
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp oil

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add the cumin and onion seeds. When the cumin seeds stop crackling, add the peppers. Add a pinch of salt and chilli powder. Stir fry until the peppers are cooked and slightly browned. Add the potatoes, a little more salt. Continue sautéing until ready.
