Ingredients
- Cream together:
- 1 C Shortening
- 1 C Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C White Sugar
- 1 Egg
- ADD:
- 2 C Flour
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1 C Sour milk or buttermilk
- 1 1/2 C Chopped Raw Rhubarb
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Top with mixture:
- 1/2 C White Sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 C Nuts

Step 1
Wipe pan with Crisco and with flour.
Bake in 9 x 13 inch cake pan for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
