- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
- 1 split vanilla bean
- 7 ounces chopped white chocolate

Bring 4 cups milk, 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper, 1 split vanilla bean and 7 ounces chopped white chocolate to a boil, whisking to melt the chocolate. Remove from the heat; steep 1 hour. Discard the vanilla bean and reheat. Garnish with pink peppercorns.
