Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs, add sugar and beat well. Stir in syrup, vanilla and butter. Put pecans in bottom of pie shell and pour in syrup mixture. Pecans will come to the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

Deep dish pie shell may need to bake a few minutes longer, depending on oven.
