Ingredients
- 2 cups diced cooked ham or chicken
- 1 can (10 ¾ oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 TB Dijon mustard
- 1 can (15 ¼ oz) Del Monte Freshcut whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (8 ¼ oz) Del Monte freshcut sliced carrots, drained
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ham, soup, milk, and mustard in large skillet.
Stir in vegetables; cook 6 – 8 minutes or until hot.
Serve over rice, noodles, or baked puff pastry shells, if desired.
