Ingredients

  • 1 Beef Boullion cube
  • 1 Tbl Butter
  • 4 Cube Steaks
  • 1 C Flour
  • 1 Onion, sliced

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare boullion cube according to directions. Coat steaks in flour. Melt butter in large skillet; add steaks to pan and sear on both sides, about 2 minutes. Add onion and bouillion broth. Cover and turn heat to Low.

Simmer for 1 hour.
