Three Minute Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1-16 oz con evap milk
  • 1 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 test salt
  • 1 1/2 cup diced marshmellows about 16
  • 1 1/2 package chocholate chips
  • 1 tesp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine milk, sugar and salt in sauce pan. Boil 3 minutes or until therm reads 225F. Stir constantly. Remove from heat Add rest of ing stir till marshmellows are melted along with chocholate.
Pour in 9x9 pan makes 2 pounds
