Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 C milk
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Butter to grease griddle

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs in medium bowl until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients ecept butter, just until smooth.
Heat griddle to 375 and grease if necessary. Pour approximately 1/4 C batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on top and they are puffed and slightly dry around the edges. Turn and cook other side until golden brown.
