Ingredients
- 1 c white flour
- 1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c old fashioned oats
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 c hot water
- 1/4 c oil
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Place dry ingredients into medium mixing bowl and blend with whisk.
Add hot water and oil.
Mix.
Place dough on waxed paper and knead for 3 minutes.
Roll 1/4" thick and cut into rectangles.
Place on sprayed baking sheet and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
