Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 c butter
- 1/4 c sugar
- 3 (250 g) pkg cream cheese,softened
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 8 squares semi-sweet chocolate,melted and cooled
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 19 oz can cherry pie filling
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 F
Combine graham cracker crumbs,butter and sugar
Press firmly on the bottom of a 9" springform pan
In a large mixer bowl,beat cream cheese until fluffy
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk,chocolate,eggs and vanilla until smooth
Pour into prepared pan
Bake for 65 min,or until the cake springs back when lightly touched
Cool and chill
Top with cherry pie filling
Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate curls
Refrigerate leftovers
